Sulfur Crystals on Matrix, Potosí Department, Bolivia (SOLD)

This lustrous piece of sulfur measures in at 16 wide by 11 tall and is 6.2 cm front to back. This sulfur was mined at the El Desierto Mine, Potosi, San Pablo de Napa, Daniel Campos Province, Potosí Department, Bolivia at over 12,000 foot elevation in the Andes Mountains. There is a little damage to the crystals on this piece, mostly as minor chips at the edges of the cluster.
